  9. Pour a laddful of the batter in the center of the pan and gently spread it to the size of a normal utaapam
  10. Cook on Low heat till both sides are crisp and slightly brown
  11. Prepare the remaining utaapams similiarly
  12. Serve immediately accompanied by your favourite chutnies/sambhar
  13. Enjoy!
