  4. Add pork back into pan and stir fry for another 2 mins.
  5. Serve with rice or noodles.

Return tofu to skillet; drizzle reserved marinade mixture over. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with green onions and serve. You may also want to try: Sizzling scallops with pancetta and sage. Sugar snap peas are quickly fried with green onion and garlic, and tossed with fresh mint leaves.
