  1. Get besan/gram flour
  2. Take Sooji
  3. Make ready Finely chopped onions
  4. Prepare coriander leaves finely chopped
  5. Get Finely chopped mint leaves
  6. Get Ajwain/carom seeds
  7. Prepare red chilli powder
  8. Make ready chhat masala
  9. Make ready coriander powder
  10. Take lemon juice
  11. Make ready asafoetida(hing)
  12. Make ready kasturi methi
  13. Prepare Oil
  14. Make ready Salt
Instructions to make Crispy Veg snacks:
  1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup besan,1 cup sooji, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp salt(taste) and then mix. Add 2 cups of water and batter should be consistent like buttermilk.
  2. Take a kadhai/pan and add 2 tsp oil. Add 1 tsp ajwain, ½ asafoetida(hing),2 tsp kasthuri methi, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste and stir fry. Now on low flame add the batter and keep stirring. Cook until the dough is made and starts leaving the pan.
  3. Transfer into bowl and let be cool for sometime,just like warm. Add 1tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chhat masala,1 tsp coriander powder and ½ red chilli flakes.
  4. Add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves and 1 tsp lemon juice. Grease hand with oil and mix well while it is warm.
  5. Grease a plate, add the mixture on it. Keep it to cool for 20 minutes and cut in square or any design pieces. You can store upto 1 month.
  6. Fry the cutted pieces in oil. Crispy snacks is now ready to serve with chutney 😋.
