  1. Take 100 gm (half packet) Amul frozen paneer
  2. Take 3-4 diced Onions
  3. Prepare 2 diced Capsicum
  4. Take 2 tbsp green chilli ginger garlic paste
  5. Get 4 tbsp Cornflour
  6. Take 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  7. Take 1-2 tbsp (acc. to preferred spiciness) Schezwan sause
  8. Take 4 tbsp Oil
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp, 1tsp Jeera : black pepper
  10. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Haldi, Salt
  11. Get 1 tbsp Honey/Sugar
  12. Take 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions to make Title: Instant Chilli Paneer:
  1. Take 2-3 green chillies,2-3 cloves of garlic,1/2 stem of ginger. Fring in the mixer into a fine paste.
  2. Boil water in a bowl and add diced paneer with a 1/2 tsp of salt.
  3. Take a bowl.Mix cornflour with water while stirring.keep aside.
  4. In a heating pan/kadai oil. As the oil is hot add jeera.As the jeera crackles add chilli ginger garlic paste. Give it a stir and add salt and haldi powder…
  5. Add diced onion.Fry till it turns transparent.
  6. Add capsicum.let it fry for 2-3 min.Do not over cook it.
  7. Now add tomato ketchup and Schezwan sause.Cook for 2 min.
  8. Add diced Paneer.Stir well.Add cornflour paste,sugar/ honey,black pepper.cover it with a lid. Add water if gravy seems to thick and give it a stir.Let it cook for 5 min on medium flame.
  9. Pour it in a bowl. Garnish with seasme seeds.Serve Hot.
