1. In large bowl add flour. Add all dry ingredients.
2. Make a small well in flour and add the water. (Tepid).
3. Mix together with hands until it forms into a ball.
4. Remove from bowl and start to knead/pummel for ten minutes. You push forward with heal of hand then fold back.
5. After 10 minutes of kneading place in a oiled bowl somewhere warm for 30 mins.
6. After the 30 mins. Divide into 2 or three. Make a well in middle and add your fruit nuts. Mix in well with your hands.
7. Place in tray or tin again in a warm place for another 30 mins.
8. After 30 mins bake in oven. 180 degrees for approx 30 mins. To test if cooked turn upside down and tap. It should sound hollow. Eat!!
