Take a small bowl add 1/2 cup of cold milk and add custard powder mix it well with no lumps. Remaining milk add it into the pot and keep on low flame. Add sugar to it. Stir well. Keep boiling and stirring.
After 10-15 mins the milk get thicker. Close the flame. Keep stirring. Add custard mixed milk. Keep on stirring.
Now chopped almonds, walnuts, cranberries, Banana, Apple. Except raisins.
Now take a pan add ghee. Heat it on low add raisins. Saute it. The raisins get roasted and Pluffy too. Take a side. In same ghee roast Almonds and walnuts.
Add pluffed roasted raisins and roasted almonds-walnuts to the milk. Mix it.
Now start assembling the fruity custard in glass.
Now add all chopped fruits one by one.
Garnish with Chocolate sieves. Keep in freeze and serve chilled.
