Instructions to make Spicy Bhindi masala:
  1. Heat oil in a  pan.
  2. Add bhindi and sprinkle some salt and cook until bhindi is almost cooked.
  3. Remove the cooked bhindi on a plate.
  4. Add cumin seeds in the same oil and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  5. Add onion and fry until they turn slightly brown.
  6. Now add ginger (chopped) and fry until onion turn golden brown.
  7. Add green chillies and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and cook until oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
  9. Now add garam masala powder, lemon juice and mix well.
  10. Serve hot bhindi.
