Boil veggies in water for 14 min add salt.Cut onion in dices.Add 1 TSP coconut oil,add onion saute add both peppers.Add 1 tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp black pepper.Add salt to taste.Cover for 5 min.Add cottage cheese pieces.Make a slurry of 2 tsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water.Add 3/4 cup coconut milk.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil rice in open pan for 25 minutes,then sieve when cooked.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
