  1. Prepare 2 cup finely chopped colocasia leaves
  2. Prepare 1 cup coarse wheat flour

  4. Prepare 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  5. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Mix both flours, turmeric powder, oil, sugar, salt and mix well. Now mix chilli paste and chopped leaves separately,put cooking soda over it and pour lemon juice over it. It starts bubbling. Now mix everything well.
  2. Now mix flourmix and leaves mix and form a soft dough like mass. Add little water as needed.
  3. Now make small muthiya from it& cook it in steam, like dhokla.
  4. Relish it hot with oil.
