  1. Add suger and orange juice then stir to dissolve,then add melted butter and stir.then add wholewhear flour and semolina and cornstarch then vanila then baking powder then mix to form soft dough

  3. In a pre oiled tray make smallish rounds the flat at from centre with tablespoon,use up all the dough,may be slightly sticky but student be too sticky so the oil in true will help not to stick.make a thumb print at centre or use a small circle to help make it (such as syringe base but not to go thru the cookie)
  4. Preheat oven (used top oven in place of main oven, and it was ok alhamdulillah..just keep adjusting the flame if using gas so it's medium so as not to burn them…they may crack at edges most probably (due to baking powder which is ok/expected)
  5. Half way while stil soft.Remove from oven then place some jam about half a teaspoon in middle pre made spaces InshaAllah try to put enof jam and put back in the oven grill or main oven.remove from oven and let cool completely to serve as the have crunchy on cooling InshaAllah and when warm they may be still soft a bit..bismillah and enjoy
