  1. Make ready 4 slices bread
  2. Prepare Peanut butter and blue band
  3. Get Half avocado

Instructions to make Simple Breakfast:
  1. Put the eggs to boil for fifteen minutes.
  2. Chop the coriander, and tomatoes. Grate the carrots.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add avocado and mix it all to a consistent paste.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to your preference.
  5. Spread blue band and peanut butter on both sides of the bread.
  6. Place the bread on the toaster for two minutes. I love my bread crunchy.
  7. Remove the egg shells and place them on the plate.
  8. My breakfast is ready. Serve with a cup of coffee.
