Instructions to make Mix Sprouts Salad:
  1. For making mixed sprouts take all given pulses beans in a bowl wash them 3 to 4 times in a running water. Later after that add enough water deep inside a bowl.
  2. Cover with a lid and keep aside to soak for 6 to 8 hours. After 8 hours drain water completely and place them in a strainer.cover it with a lid and keep aside to sprout for 10 hours. Toss them in between. After one day you will see small sprouts.keep this sprouts aside. Now take one pressure cooker add water salt turmeric and hing once water starts boiling add sprouts and bring to 1 whistle. Drain boiled mix Sprouts and keep aside.
  3. For making healthy mixed sprouts. Take sprouts in a bowl add chopped onion, chopped capcicum, chopped carrot, chopped cucumber, add chat masala,salt according to taste,add chopped mint leaves, add 1 tsp oilive oil and lemon juice. Mix all together with a soft hand and serve in a bowl. Our mix Sprouts salad / Chaat is ready!!
