Get For wrap:- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Take 1 tbsp oil

Take 1/2 cup paneer grated
Prepare 1/2 cup grated cabbage
Make ready 1/2 cup grated carrot
Prepare 1/2 cup capsicum sliced
Make ready 2 tsp oil
Prepare 1 onion finely chopped
Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric
Make ready 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
Prepare 2 tbsp tomato sauce
Get to taste Salt
Make ready 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Take Other ingredients:-
Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise eggless
Make ready 2 tsp chilli sauce
Get Few onion sliced
Get 4 tbsp grated cheese
Take 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions to make Paneer Veggie Wrap/Roll:
For wrap:- combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
Keep aside. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out circle using a little flour.
Heat a non stick tava and lightly cook the rotis on both sides. Keep aside.
Frankie masala:- mix all ingredients and spice mix is ready.
For stuffing:- Firstly in a kadai heat butter and oil add onion, ginger garlic paste.
Saute until onions turns golden brown. Add all powder masala. Mix well.
Saute on low flame until spices turn aromatic. Now add tomato sauce, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and paneer. Mix well.
Cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Now add coriander leaves and mix well.
Heat the non stick tava place the roti and lightly cook using butter till it is light brown form both the sides.
Place the roti on a clean dry surface apply add 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and 1 tsp chilli sauce. Mix and spread uniformly.
Now add in 2 tbsp prepared stuffing and spread slightly.
Top with cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and onions.
Sprinkle Frankie masala and squeeze lemon juice.
Also grate cheese uniformly. Now roll tight without allowing the stuffing to come out.
Tuck the ends make it well secured. Finally cut into halves and enjoy paneer veggie Frankie.
