Take flour,add salt, melted ghee and rub with fingers. Now wait little by little water and make a soft dough.now keep aside for 15 minutes now divide 2 in 324 equal balls roll it without dressing now make slashes with the knife on one side.
Place it on a warm non stick pan slashed side down only. now flip the roti and give the pinch design with the fingertips.
