Prepare For Khaman-
Make ready 2 cups chana Dal
Take 1/2 tbsp haldi powder
Prepare 3-4 green chillies

Take 3-4 curry leaves
Get 3-4 chopped green chillies
Take 1 tbsp oil
Take 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Get For Rassa(Dal)
Take 1/4 cup tuwar dal
Prepare 1/4 cup chana dal
Make ready 2 tbsp urad dal
Prepare 2 tbsp moong mogar dal
Get 1 chopped tomato
Make ready 1 chopped onion
Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Get 2 chopped green chillies
Make ready 1/2 tbsp haldi powder
Take 1 tbsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander powder
Prepare 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
Make ready 1 tbsp chopped Coriander
Make ready as per taste Salt
Get as required Water
Prepare for Salad
Take 1 chopped tomato
Get 1 chopped onion
Get 1/2 small bowl chopped cabbage
Get 3-4 tbsp Coriander leaves
Prepare 1 tbsp chaat masala
Make ready 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Take For Garnishing-
Make ready as required Sev
Instructions to make Rassawala Khaman:
Soak the chana dal for 4-5 hours. Coarsely grind the soaked dal,(green chilli, limbu na ful, haldi powder and keep it covered for another 5-hours for ferment.
When ready to make, add salt and Eno fruit salt. Pour the khaman batter into the dish and steam for about 15-20 minutes. Check knife in the middle and if it comes out clean it's ready. Cut diamond shape.
Take a kadhai add 1-tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, chopped and green chilli, curryleaves, and 2-tbsp water. Pour is over the khaman. Sprinkle chopped Coriander. Khaman is ready.
Dal: soak the dal for 1-hours and boil.
Take a pan add heat 2-tbsp oil, add musterdseeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, and add 2-tbsp ginger garlic paste, saute for 1-minutes, add chopped onion, and stir well.
Add chopped tomatoes, and saute for 2-minutes. Add haldi powder, redchilli powder, Coriander powder, and mix well add the dal and mix well.
Add Add salt, and water. Stir well. Let the dal come to a boil.
Add garam masala powder and add chopped Coriander leaves. mix well and dal is ready.
Salad:Take a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomatoe, chopped cabbage and add chopped Coriander leaves, and sprinkle chaat masala, and add lemon juice and mix well. Salad is ready.
In a serving plate add curush khaman, on aside add some salad and pour the hot dal. (raso). Serve with sev and Coriander leaves. In middle pour the dal. tasty Rassawala Khaman is ready.
Serve hot.
