Put these hot vadas in salted water for sometime. Take them out & squeeze gently in-between palms to remove any water
For the yoghurt
Strain the curd. Add sugar & salt. Add grated coconut. Mix well. Add the drained vadas in the ready dahi
FOR THE TEMPERING Heat oil in a ladle. Add mustard seeds. As they start to splutter add whole red chillies, curry leaves, green chillies.
FOR THE GARNISHING Sprinkle red chilli powder & spread the tempering. Serve cold.
