  1. Prepare 2 Cups Wheat flour
  2. Take 1 cup sugar powder
  3. Take 1 cup fresh malai
  4. Get 1 cup milk powder
  5. Get 1/2 cup normal water
  6. Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1/4 tsp baking soda
  8. Make ready as required Chopped dry fruits

  1. Take Wheat flour, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda in a pot and mix it properly then sieve this mixture through strainer 3 times.
  2. Take fresh malai and fine ground sugar (powder) in a bowl and mix it for 5 minutes very smoothly. Add some mixture (already prepared) and mix it properly. If required add some water and mix smoothly. Repeat this process to mix all the mixture for 15 minutes till this paste becomes pulpy.
  3. Keep some salt in cooker base then keep small stand on salt and heat on low flame heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Apply some oil on backing bowl and butter paper also. Now keep the prepared mixture/paste in backing bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and keep this bowl into the cooker. Cover the cooker with its lid without gasket and vent.
  5. Heat the cooker on low flame for 45 minutes. Then stop the flame.
  6. After 10 minutes open the cover, remove the bowl from cooker. When bowl becomes cool then place the ready cake in a serving bowl to serve.
