The liquid should not touch the meat.
  4. Really to be cooked. Iam not giving times to cook each pressure cooker is different and it depends on how many lbs the pork is as well… the pork should temp at 145. (I did this at 20 mins and reached a temp of 155 oops can always add time if it’s not done I wanted to go 30 mins and happy that I went with 20 mins.)
  5. Next put in Crisp mode for 10-15 min to brown it again, be careful not to dry the meat out. Or put on boil in the oven for 5 mins or longer
  6. Once’s it brown to your liking.. let it rest in a lock and lock for ten mins. Can also make gravy from the liquid that in the pressure cooker at this time.. (to go over some mash potatoes and the meat)

After I made the pork though, I quickly realized there were extra juices begging to be turned into gravy. Brown the pork loin before pressure cooking. Don't skip this part - it adds flavor and texture. Also, for a crispier crust, place the cooked roast on a sheet Higher temperature results in a dry and stringy pork loin. Keep in mind that cooking time also depends on the size of the pork loin.
