The ingredients needed to make Mango Burfi:
  1. Make ready Khoya
  2. Take Sugar
  3. Prepare Paneer
  4. Prepare Ghee
  5. Take Mango pulp(tinned)-
  6. Get Dark yellow food colour
  7. Make ready Dry fruits chopped
Instructions to make Mango Burfi:
  1. Take paneer on flat surface and roughly knead it for 5mins
  2. Take a pan and put ghee to heat on medium flame.
  3. Add Khoya and keep stirring 5mins.
  4. Add paneer and Sugar now to above mixture.Mango pulp contains sugar already so I used less sugar.You may add if you need more sweet.
  5. In another pan add mango pulp and cook it.Reduce it to half the quantity.
  6. Once Khoya paneer mixture thickens put the pulp and stir.This mixture will dry up in another 5-8mins.
  7. Take out in a greased plate.Add dry fruits on top and press a bit.
  8. Cool it and put in fridge for half an hour to set.Cut to squares or diamond shapes.
  9. Mango Burfee is ready to eat !!
