  1. Émincer les oignons, couper les champignons en petits morceaux
  2. Faire fondre le beurre dans une assez grande casserole, et y faire cuire les oignons et les champignons, laisser environs 15 minutes à feu doux.
  3. Ajouter les trois cuil.à soupe de farine et mélanger. Mettre ensuite l'eau avec la moitié du bouillon cube émietté. Puis mettre le lait, et laisser mijoter environs 15 mn en remuant de temps en temps.
  4. Mixer le tout à l'aide d'un mixeur plongeant. Et au moment de servir, ajouter un peu de jus de citron, et un peu de vert d'un oignon nouveau ainsi qu'une pointe de crème fraîche.
