Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter in large pot and add onion and mushrooms saute on med heat after 5 min add garlic, saute 2 more min and add thawed frozen veggie and cook 2 more min
Add chicken stock and chicken turn up heat and cook till simmering
Add salt, pepper, and cup of cream, bring back to boil. Then turn off heat and add bay leaf, cheese, & thyme. Let sauce thicken for 5min, then remove bay leaf
Place 1 pie crust in large pie pan, or small square casserolle dish. Pour pie filling on top, then place second pie crust on top, pinch crust together, then brush crust with tablespoon heavy cream.
Bake 30 min or till crust is golden.
