  7. Every two minutes open the pan and soke the chicken with the sauce for about 30 min also flip the breast constantly.
  8. At the en add the pepper and to give the sauce more concistence add corn starch to the sauce and stir.

Add a portion of the whole grain mustard and olive oil to a large bowl and stir to combine. Add honey mustard sauce to the pan and top with rosemary. Reduce heat and simmer chicken in sauce for approx. Marinated boneless chicken thighs are coated in panko and fried, then served with a soy-honey Dijon-mayo dipping sauce. It can be served as an appetizer, or over a bed of rice as a quick weekday dinner!
