The ingredients needed to make Crunchy Rice:
  1. Make ready 5 small onions, thinely cut
  2. Take 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
  3. Get 300 grams peas
  4. Get 1 cup cooked rice, room temperature or cold
  5. Take Seasoning
  6. Make ready 1 sesame oil
  7. Take 1 soy sauce
  8. Get 1 ground black pepper
  9. Make ready 1 Sriracha
  10. Make ready 1 chinese five spice
Steps to make Crunchy Rice:
  1. Fry the onions in some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Saute for a minute then add the chicken
  2. When the meat is nicely browned, turn the heat down to cook the chicken through
  3. When the meat's done, add peas and fry for a minute over high heat. Add cooked rice
  4. Fry the rice for a minute then add seasoning. Take off heat and enjoy :)
