Serve over quinoa, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I stir fried the tofu for a bit before adding the vegetables, and I substituted broccoli for the mushrooms. Transfer tofu to a medium bowl. Add cornstarch and salt and toss gently to Reduce heat to medium and add reserved cracked pepper to skillet.

  1. Cut the tofu into 1cm3 chunks and shallow fry.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry until smell of basil or soy sauce is warm but doesnt become gooey.
