  18. Take 1 tsp kasoori methi
Steps to make Lasooni Palak:
  1. Wash the spinach and Blanch
  2. Take a mixture jar and add palak coriander and green chilli and make a smooth pure. Keep aside
  3. Take a pan add oil and butter and let it heat up. Add cumin seeds bay leaf and whole red chilli once crackling add the onions and sauté until golden brown
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and roast for few seconds and add all the dry masala and besan. Sauté for few seconds
  5. Now add chopped palak and mix well
  6. Add the palak pure mix well and add the kasoori methi
  7. Depending on the how thick you want the gravy add water. Add salt and mix well. Boil for few seconds
  8. Take it out into a bowl. Take a small pan add 1 tbsp ghee and let it heat up and add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown for the tempering
  9. Now spread over the top of the palak curry
  10. Your lasooni palak is ready enjoy with roti or paratha
