  9. put 2 baguettes on the baking sheet and let it raise for another 30mins or until double the bulk
  10. preheat the oven to 190c
  11. brush baguettes with egg white or egg yolk plus one table spoon of water
  12. bake for 20-25mins
  13. The converter doesn't work that well, you need 25 grams of fresh yeast for this recipe for 2
