  9. Cover and preheat for 5-10 mins.

  11. Cover and let it bake for 10mins. Close the jiko door.
  12. Check after 20mins, if the heat is low, open the jiko door.
  13. When it's fully baked and golden brown in color. Remove and let it cool.
  14. Slice with a sharp knife
