  1. Take oil in a pan and Fry onion and Capsicum till light brown and remove, then fry tomatoes and remove,
  2. Let them cool, and grind in a smooth paste
  3. Now remove the seeds from the capsicum.In a bowl take crushed Paneer,add grated cheese, salt pepper and ggc paste, add raisins if you want,mix it nicely and stuff it in the capsicums.
  4. Now take some oil in the pan and put the capsicums and let them cook till soft and light green, also add some water.you can also microwave them.
  5. Now for the gravy, take butter and oil together in the pan, add khada masala and saute, add ggc paste and add the cooked and grinded gravy add all the masalas,saltand kthup mix it, no add malai half cup water and let it cook.
  6. Before serving add the capsicums in the gravy and serve with parathas and salad.
  7. Ready to eat.
