Make ready 1 capsicum chopped
Take For Marination of paneer :
Take 150 gms paneer chopped
Prepare 1 tsp oil
Prepare 1 tsp cream

Get 1 tsp oil
Take 5-6 pc big garlic cloves sliced
Prepare 1 red whole chilli
Prepare 2-2 black pepper corn and cardamom
Take 3 pc cloves
Take 2 star anise
Make ready 4-5 small pieces of cinnamon
Make ready 2 medium sized onion sliced
Make ready 2 big tomato sliced
Take 4 pc cashew nuts
Take to taste Salt
Make ready 1 big tomato (chopped)
Get Handful coriander leaves
Take For sabji :
Take 2-3 tbsp oil
Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
Get 1 tsp kitchen king masala
Take to taste Salt
Get 1/2 cup Warm water
Get 2 tbsp cream
Take 1 tbsp butter
Instructions to make Paneer capsicum sabji:
In cubed paneer add dry masala, oil and cream. Mix well and keep it aside.
Keep all dry whole masala together.
Heat oil on slow flame and add dry whole masala, and garlic sliced. Saute for a min.
Add onion and saute on medium heat till it became soft and transplant. Add tomato and salt as required in tomato. Cook for 2 mins. Tomato will turn soft. Turn off heat. Add chopped extra tomato.
Wait to cool down. Add into mixture jar and add coriander. Churn smooth paste.
Slightly heat 2-3tbsp oil into pan and add the gravy. Cook for 7-8 mins. In that time oil will be released.
Add dry masala, Turmeric, chilli powder and kitchen king masala. Cook for a min and add water. Again cook for 2 mins.
Add paneer and capsicum. Mix well and add cream.
Mix well, simmer for a while and add butter. Mix once. Simmer for 20-30sec.
It's ready to serve.Serve with paratha or naan.
