Prepare For Gatte:
Take 250 Gms Besan
Prepare 100 Gms Curd
Prepare 3/4 Tsp Salt
Take 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Take 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Take 1 Tsp Cumin & Fennel seeds crushed
Make ready 2 Tbsp Oil
Prepare 1/4 Tsp Ajwain
Take For Gravy:
Get 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Take 2 Cloves
Get 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
Take 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
Make ready 1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
Make ready 2 Whole Red chillies
Get 1 Bowl Curd
Get 2 Tbsp Oil
Prepare 3/4 Tsp Salt
Prepare 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Make ready 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Prepare 1/2 Tsp Kasoori Methi
Make ready 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
Get 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Steps to make Gatte Ki Sabzi:
For Gatte. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above for gatte. Knead a dough.
Now take little dough in your hands and shape it like cylinders. Make cylinders of whole dough and keep aside.
Now take a big vessel and boil some water in it. When water starts boiling add all the cylinders. Boil them for 10 min. Check them if they are done. Switch off the gas.
Take out cylinders from water. Dont discard water. It will be used in making gravy. Now with the help of knife cut the cylinders in small pieces. Keep aside.
Now take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add cloves. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies paste. Saute. Add whole red chillies. Saute.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and turmeric powder in curd and mix well. Add this curd mixture in wok. Mix properly. Now add water which we had kept aside after boiling gatte. Let it boil. Cook on medium heat for 5 min. Add Kasoori methi.
Now add gatte and cook for 10 min on medium flame. Ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
