Prepare 1 cauliflower
Take 4 tbsp cornflour
Prepare 1/2 cup flour

Get 1 tsp honey

Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
Take 1 chopped onion
Prepare 1/3 capsicum (chopped)
Get 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
Get 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Take as needed Oil to fry
Make ready 2.5 tbsp oil to cook
Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Crispy Cauliflower Manchurian:
Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Add salt to 2.5 glasses of water and let it come to boil. Add cauliflower pieces to boil water and boil for 2 minutes. Drain water and wash cauliflower under normal water
Keep aside. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,1 tbsp cornflour, black pepper powder to cauliflower. In a bowl add 3 tbsp cornflour,1/2 cup of flour,pinch of salt, rice flour 1/2 tbsp warm oil. Adding water make semi - thick batter. Add cauliflower to the batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Heat oil and fry cauliflower in medium flame till light golden and keep on pepper towel and let it cool. Again fry in high flame and keep on pepper towel.
Add 2 tbsp oil in another pan. Let it hot. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds. Add onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add capsicum. Saute for another 30 seconds. In a bowl add 1 tsp cornflour,sauces,1 cup of water, chilli flakes, venigar and mix well.
Add the mixture into pan. Boil until thick. Put off the flame. Add fried cauliflower and mix well. Add spring onion.
Mix well. Ready to serve.
