Preheat Air Fryer 200 the C for 5 minutes
Grind the green peas coarsely with green chilli and salt. Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes. Then add green Peas mixture. Saute it for few minutes. Add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, mango powder. Cook for two minutes till it becomes dry. Cool it.Keep aside.
In a large bowl take wheat flour, jawor, onion seeds, salt and oil. Mix….it well. Add water as needed to make a smooth dough. Rest it for 5 minutes. Then make a small ball. Roll it in a pin. Put the green peas mixture stuffing in the center. Close the edges well and press it gently. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done.
Take out the Air Fryer basket Brush with oil. Keep the kachori in the basket. Don't over crowd it. Brush oil the kachori. It will not stick to the surface of the Airfryer. Bake for 200 the C for 15 minutes. After15 minutes check it. If it is done. Take out the basket. Cool it. Transfer the kachori to a serving plate.
