  1. Take 1/2 cabbage
  2. Make ready 1 carrot
  3. Get Half cauliflower
  4. Take 1 capsicum
  5. Get 2 green chillies

  7. Prepare 4-5 spoon maida
  8. Take as per taste Salt
  9. Get 1/2 spoon Black pepper
  10. Take 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  11. Get 4-5 spoons corn flour
  12. Get 1 spoon finely chopped ginger and garlic
  13. Take as required coriander leaves
  14. Take 1 spoon soya sauce
  15. Prepare 1 spoon red sauce
Instructions to make Gravy Manchurian:
  1. Finely chop all vegetables and add into a bowl. keep little veggies aside for tadka.
  2. Add 3-4 spoons maida and cornflour each for binding the veggies. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix it really well with soft hands.
  3. Mix it nicely to combine the material. Make some medium-sized balls of it.
  4. Fry these balls in medium hot oil for deeply cook from inside till getting dark brown.
  5. Saute some leafy veggies in another pan by adding some oil. Add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder in it and both sauce also. Add 1and half glass water and boil it.
  6. Take half bowl water and add 2 spoons cornflour, mix it. Add corn flour mixture in boiling gravy to become it thicker. Add Manchurian bolls in it and boil for 2 minutes and serve it.
