Prepare 4 cups cauliflower (Gobi)
Get 1 large onion chopped
Make ready 2 large Green Chillies finely chopped
Take 2 tablespoons Garlic ginger paste
Take 3 teaspoons Coriander leaves
Get 250 ml Tomato sauce
Get 1/2 cup soya sauce
Prepare 3/4 cup Corn flour
Make ready 3/4 cup all purpose flour

Get 2 tsp Chilli powder
Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare As required Oil
Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian:
Prepare a batter out of Corn flour, maida [All purpose flour], chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt - Now dip the gobi in this batter and deep fry and keep it aside.
Take a pan and add about oil to it. Then add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry them till the onions turn slightly brown.Then remove and keep aside.
Now add the tomato sauce, to this also add soya sauce, chilli powder and saute for about 8 minutes. - Then when it starts to bubble add all the fried gobi and the onion mixture and saute it nicely.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and it's ready to be serve.
