The ingredients needed to make Bean salad:
  1. Get 1 can green beans
  2. Get 1 can kidney beans
  3. Get 1 can wax beans
  4. Get 1 can yellow hominy or chickpeas
  5. Take 1/2 small onion, diced (I prefer sweet onion when I have it)
  6. Get 1 cup white wine vinegar
  7. Prepare 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup olive oil
  9. Get 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions to make Bean salad:
  1. Drain each can of beans and hominy and rinse with cool water. Add beans, hominy, and onion to a large bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Pour oven bean mixture and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator for 7 days or more.
