Steps to make Veg Manchurian:
Mix all the above mention ingredients. - And make medium size balls of it. - Heat oil in a pan. - Fry all the balls untill it becomes golden brown in colour and crispy. - Now take it out in a obsorbent paper to remove excess oil in it.
Heat oil in a pan. - Put all the ingredients in it. - Add ginger garlic paste in it. - Saute on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add all soya sauce,tomato ketchup,salt. - Dilute corn flour in the water. - Now mix it in sauted veggies. - Boil for 5 min till the gravy becomes thicken. - Now add Manchurian balls to it.
And again saute it for a minute. - Take a ball put gravy Manchurian in it. - Garnish it with spring onion. - Our yummiest and tasty Manchurian are ready now to eat.
