  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 2 tsp soya sauce

  12. Get 2 tsp oil
  13. Get 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  14. Take 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  15. Take 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  16. Prepare 1 spring onion, finely chopped
Instructions to make Gobhi Manchurian:
  1. Chop the gobi into small to medium size florets. - Boil them in hot water for 2-3 minutes then drain.
  2. In a large bowl mix together take maida, corn flour, soy sauce, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.
  3. Now add little water and mix well. - Dip each cooked gobi florets into the batter.
  4. Drain the fried gobi on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
  5. In a large kadai add 2 tsp oil - - Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic. saute for a minute.
  6. Then add the chopped spring onions and saute well.
  7. Next fry chopped capsicum. - Add salt to taste. also add some chilli powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.
  8. Now add the deep fried florets and give a good mix.
  9. Lastly add some chopped spring onions greens and mix.
