First step take a bowl adds all purpose flour,corn flour, salt,red chilli powder, black pepper,Soya souce, water mix well without any lumps add florets and marinate it. Keep a frying pan on gas add oil heat it fry marinated flower fry upto crispy and tasty.
Take a another Pan add oil heat it fry all ingredients like ginger garlic powder, green chillies, onion, capsicum, cabbage, coriander leaves fry it after that add Soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chillies sauce mix it fry well.
Final step add fried floretsr (Gobi) mix well.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves & ketchup.
