Instructions to make Manchurian Kadhi:
  1. Heat the kadhai put oil for frying manchurians.
  2. Take a bowl put besan150 gms,shreded vegetables malai & mix.
  3. Add water for a little thick batter,put spices like salt,chilli powder,green chilli,anardana,turmeric,garam masala mix well.
  4. Make ball with spoon put into the oil and fry till brown.
  5. Now put aside in a plate with paper for sosking oil.It is ready.
  6. For kadhi put oil in another kadhai heat it.
  7. Put jeera, hing,ajwain,now put ginger- garlic paste stir till golden brown.
  8. Now put onion,chilli chopped mix them wait for golden.
  9. Put tomatoes chopped mix.
  10. Put buttermilk mix well non stop it takes 10 minutes.
  11. Put spices salt,chilli powder,turmeric,garam masala,mix till the oil comes aside.
  12. Put manchurians mix for 2 to 5 minutes now it is ready to serve.
