  2. Get 3 tbsp rice flour

  12. Get 2 tbsp Manchurian masala
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup Chopped cauliflower
  14. Get 1/2 cup Chopped shimla mirch
  15. Take Salt as per taste
  16. Make ready Red chilli as per taste
  17. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Dry manchurian:
  1. Caulifliwer to crush it
  2. Add ggc paste,salt,red mirch,rice flour,cornflor,red colour in cauliflower
  3. Mix very well and make a balls
  4. Deep fry in oil..
  5. Take a pan…add 4sn oil and ggc past1 sn..
  6. Chopped cauliflower,shimla mirch in pan
  7. Salt,manchrin masala,soya sauce,chilli sauce in it saute for a minite
  8. Add manchrian in pan mix all ingrediants proply
  9. Cook it law flame for2 minute
  10. Turn off flame..add in plate..enjoy hot dry manchurian
