Steps to make Manchurian:
  1. Grate carrot, cauliflower and cabbage. take out extra water by pressing it with hands.
  2. Then add maida and cornflour in it and mix. Now add salt, kashmiri mirch, ginger garlic paste and then mix. Make small balls and then deep fry.
  3. For little gravy…heat oil in a kadai. add capsicum, onion, ginger, garlic then fry for some time.Now add ajinomotto, soya sauce, tomato sauce then fry and add manchurian balls. mix and cook for some time.
  4. Add coriander leaves and serve with fried rice.
