  3. Grate the Carrots & Amla & set aside & also, in a large & heavy bottomed pan/wok/pressure pan, etc. Add in the oil & ghee, together over the medium-high flame

  6. Now, add in the measured water to it & also check out the salt & sugar & put some more (if at all required), & mix well- Put the cover of the pan, once it starts boiling- until, the Rice & veggies are all well cooked & done
  7. Checkout once done, by carefully & gently stirring everything from upside down & turn off the flame & allow it to sit on its standby position for another 10-15 mins time, before serving hot with any raita/achar or sabji of your choice
