    1. Add boiled water ; after 1 boil simmer the gas & cover the pan with lid - 5. In between remove the lid & stir nicely - 6. Cook till Khichadi done means no water in side & all veggis & bajara mix nicely
    1. Switch off the gas - 8. Garnish with chopped coriander & mint leaves - 9. Enjoy healthy bajara khichadi with yogurt
