4. as meat browns up add crushed red pepper and garlic. i mince the garlic. if using turkey you will need to add water which i take from the pasta pot so meat does not stick. regular sausage and pepper have enough fat to not worry about this
5. when meat is cooked to your liking add cream of chicken and milk
6. stir well
7. drain pasta
8. add past to the large skillet and.mix well. take the pan off the heat at this point
9. let sit 5 minutes then serve
