  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves along with oregano, red chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
  5. Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts.
  6. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, mix it well, close the flame and let it cool down completely.
  7. Add bread crumbs, mix it well,
  8. Grease hands and take 2tbsp of mixture into ur palm and flatten it to form a round shape.
  9. Shallow fry them until become brown in colour.
  10. Serve them with green chutney.
