  6. Get 10 grams Butter
  7. Get 1 dash Salt and pepper

Rinse the salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Transfer the salmon to a big sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle the garlic soy butter mixture on the salmon. Julienne the carrot and green pepper. On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the salmon, vegetables, and butter in order.

  1. Remove stems from the shimeji mushrooms, and cut off the bottom part of the enoki mushrooms.
  2. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper. Make pouches with alminium foil, and place the salmon filets inside.
  3. Add the shimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms on top. Combine the soy sauce and the sake. Divide into 4 portions, and pour over each salmon slice. Divide the butter into 4 portions as well, and do the same.
  4. Pour some vegetable oil in a frying pan, and place the aluminium foil pouches inside. Add about 100 ml of water, and cover with a lid. Steam for about 7-8 minutes.
  5. After 7-8 minutes of steaming, open the lid. If the salmon is cooked through, serve on a plate, and done!

Julienne the carrot and green pepper. On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the salmon, vegetables, and butter in order. Drizzle ponzu sauce and soy sauce. Line baking form with foil, place salmon and fold up all four sides of the foil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
