Instructions to make White Pizza:
  1. let pizza dough thaw if frozen.
  2. Cut up the Roma tomatoes, mozzarella, and garlic. the tomatoes can be as thick or as thin as you'd like to slice them and you can keep the tomatoes the way they are sliced or cut them in half. Some I cut in halves, and some I leave whole.mince the garlic and cut the mozzarella the same as the tomatoes.
  3. preheat oven to 500°F
  4. take out the pizza pan and spread the flour on it. roll out the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin to make a 12 in circle.Pinch the ends of the dough to make a crust. you can make the crust as big or as small as you like.
  5. Next, pour the olive oil on the dough. I said 5 tablespoons, but you can add more or less. Use your best judgment.
  6. Now, spread the garlic out over the pizza dough evenly.
  7. Next add the mozzarella and tomatoes. I put some tomatoes on top of the cheese, in between the pieces of mozzarella, or underneath the mozarella. Again, you can use as much as you want of each it depends on your preference. If you are using fresh basil, add that on now too. If not save it for the end.
  8. Now, put your pizza in the oven. Cook until cheese is bubbly, there are a few little brown spots,and crust has browned to a golden brown. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure you check the pizza at least once, to prevent burning the whole thing.
  9. Next Take your pizza out of the oven.if you are using the dried spice basil, now is the time to add it. sprinkle it lightly all over the top, and your pizza is done! cut into 8 slices and enjoy! :)
