  1. preheat oven to 350°F
  2. drain tuna
  3. put tuna in bowl and chop till small
  4. add lemon pepper spice and mix well
  5. while tuna sits with spice bring water to boil on stove with a big pan
  6. when water is boiling put noodles in pan for 7 minutes al dente
  7. go back to tuna and mix again, tuna smell should be gone
  8. in a second bowl add cream of mushroom, celery and evaporated milk and mix with whisk
  9. add minced onion and mix well
  10. put tuna into liquid mixture and mix well
  11. put peas and carrots into mixture and mix again
  12. check noodles they should be done and drain thoroughly
  13. spray large pan or Pyrex with spray oil heavily
  14. put noodles in pan and spread evenly, add about a half cup water to the pan
  15. spread mixture on top of noodles evenly (like frosting)
  16. put mild cheddar cheese on top
  17. put bread crumbs on top
  18. spray with spray oil the bread crumbs/cheese mixture
  19. put in oven uncovered for 40 minutes
  20. use a loose fitting foil at end of baking to have a less hard topping
  21. cook more or less depending on oven
  22. let stand for 10 minutes before serving
